Children’s safety is our top priority. We maintain secure environments, follow strict safety and supervision procedures, and ensure our educators are trained to support each child’s wellbeing.
We follow strict cleaning and hygiene procedures every day, including regular sanitising of rooms and equipment, safe food handling practices, and teaching children good hand-washing habits to support a healthy environment.
If your child becomes unwell while in our care, we will contact you as soon as possible and ensure they are kept comfortable and supervised until they can be collected. We encourage kids to stay at home if unwell to prevent the spread of illness.
Communications & Updates to Our Parents
We keep families informed through monthly centre newsletters, important yearly updates, and regular communication via Storypark. Storypark is our main app for sharing updates, learning moments and messages, helping families stay connected to their child’s day.
