We’re a child safe zone.

Children’s safety and wellbeing guide everything we do. We are committed to creating an environment where every child feels safe, respected and supported.

Across our centres, we follow Queensland’s Child Safe Standards and take our responsibility seriously, from everyday practices to ongoing training and accountability.

We proudly uphold every child’s right to feel culturally safe, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

Every child and family deserves to feel safe in their chosen childcare. That sense of safety starts here with us.

Protecting children is at the core of who we are and what we do. We believe every child has the right to feel safe, valued, and supported as they learn and grow. Our commitment to child safety extends beyond our centre walls and is reflected in the way we build relationships, communicate with families, and shape our daily practices.

Our educators and staff are carefully selected, fully screened, and trained in child protection requirements. We follow clear policies and procedures to ensure concerns are identified early, responded to appropriately, and handled with care, confidentiality, and respect. Children are encouraged to express themselves, ask questions, and speak up if they ever feel unsure or uncomfortable – because their voices matter.

We understand that supporting children’s wellbeing is a shared responsibility. That’s why we work in partnership with families, carers, and relevant community agencies to promote a culture of safety that empowers and protects every child in our care. Our goal is simple: to provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially, knowing they are safe and supported each step of the way.
