More Than a Job – A Calling
Why Work With Apollo Villages
Working in early learning is about more than turning up for a job. For many childcare professionals, it’s a calling; for others, an interest in early childhood development.
Being a childcare educator is a meaningful profession that shapes future generations. It involves working closely with the children you care for, their families and the people you work with, while feeling supported to do your best each day.
At Apollo Villages, we believe valued and dedicated educators, strong connections and a shared sense of belonging are the foundation of great centres.
We know consistency matters for children, families and educators. That’s why we nurture dedicated teams and supportive leadership, creating workplaces where everyone feels known and valued.
We show up for one another.
Our educators are trusted professionals. We create environments where you have the time, space and support to focus on what matters most: giving children the best start in life.
You’ll work in nature-rich settings that invite curiosity, imaginative play and hours of joy, alongside teams who share knowledge and support one another.
Apollo Villages brings people together through community. When you join us, you step into a village where your contributions make a real difference, and you help shape every child’s day.
If you’re looking for a childcare career where relationships take priority and people feel at home, we would love to hear from you.
Childcare Careers
Growth at Apollo Villages looks different for everyone. For some, it means deepening practice and confidence in their current role. For others, it may involve taking on additional responsibility over time, supported by mentoring, reflection, shared leadership and professional development.
We value growth shaped by experience, trust and genuine interest. Many of our future leaders will grow within our centres, supported through strong relationships and a shared understanding of our values.
Whether your focus is refining your craft or exploring future leadership, we support growth that feels considered and sustainable.
Care and Responsibility for Every Child
At Apollo Villages, child safety and wellbeing sit at the heart of everything we do. Creating safe and respectful environments for children is a shared responsibility across our village. Queensland’s 10 Child Safe Standards and the Universal Principle for child-safe organisations guide us.
We are committed to fostering cultures where children feel protected, supported and heard. We reflect this in our everyday practice, professional expectations and the strong relationships we build with children, families and one another.
Every role within our centres contributes to this shared responsibility. When you join Apollo Villages, you become part of a community that works together to uphold child safety and wellbeing in early learning.
Collaboration and Connection
At Apollo Villages, we know that the best care for children comes from teams who feel supported and valued. Our carefully designed centres provide environments where educators have the time, space and resources to focus on meaningful work.
Our centres work together in clusters within local areas, sharing ideas, training and resources. This collaborative approach ensures consistency in brand and service delivery, while allowing each centre to maintain its unique character and connection to its community.
We offer guidance, mentoring and professional development to help you grow your skills, confidence and childcare career. Collaborative leadership, thoughtful planning and strong relationships with your colleagues ensure you are never navigating challenges alone.
Beyond professional support, we nurture wellbeing through practical measures and a culture that encourages balance, reflection and connection. When our teams are supported, everyone — children, families and colleagues — benefits.
